Neumann U47 Multi-Direction ---1949-65
U47 Model was created and manufactured at the
end of World War II. About 8000-9000 were made to
replace the CMV3 microphones.The U47 was
designed to handle any tough terrain in
broadcasting but was indeed suitable for the
critical recording of music.The legendary U47 is
even popular today for its reproduction qualities.
